Day 127 – (AD 557) – Jim's Trek Part III – 20.7 Miles – Narrikup in Western Australia on My Schwinn 170

Good Day,

Today I cycled 20.7 miles on my Schwinn 170.

May be a mind-numbing blog…but it is my journal that I began when I started pedaling and writing on December 2nd, 2012. I have now clocked 11,333.5 miles on two Schwinn Fitness cycles; the 150 and the 170. This is my 557th day. I am now up to 180 sit-ups after almost every ride.

I did notice this morning that my weight has now dropped to 161.9 lbs. I have lost 8.9 lbs. very slowly but I certainly have not curtailed my eating habits. I do believe that I am eating more. And since I began tracking my fat percentage on March 13, 2014 I have reduced 1.6%, 20.0% to 18.4%.

Hey, and it has almost been one year since I completely stopped taking any form of diabetes medication. Oh yeah, my A1c rate is still recorded in the normal range.

I am currently on the virtual part of my Trek headed in a northerly direction from the City of Albany in Western Australia. This morning I made it just a bit beyond the small Town of Narrikup, population 520. I am at the intersection of Albany Highway and Spencer Road. (Okay, Google Maps say I’m there, but there does not appear to be any associated Google image. I cannot say that I am at that point but then again who can.)

I believe I am also a bit more focused, some of you may say obsessive, in reaching my targeted goals. I am doing this Trek for me.

And the humidity has enveloped Tampa. Let the monsoon season begin.

Supper last night Alliteration Hash – Pulled Pork Purple Potato Hash.

And yes, there is No sausage in this hash.  Them's the purple spuds.
