Days 35 through 50 – (AD 1,808) – 405.9 Miles – Jim’s Trek Part VI – Still on Mars on My Schwinn 170

Good Day,

I am back. I have kept up with my cycling on my Schwinn Fitness Cycle. Over the last 15 days, I have pedaled my Schwinn 405.9 miles. My schedule is still, as best as possible, 1 hour a day, 5 days a week.

Yesterday morning I pedaled 25.1 miles on my Schwinn 170. I am now located a 58.98% of my present distance between 2 points.

My overall goal is now to complete 50,000 miles. To date I have completed 39,470.6 miles; 63,521.9 kilometers.

I am still on Mars, and I have not been posting to my Jim’s Trek blog as regularly as I have. I felt that my current path of red Mars dust may just be a wee bit boring.

You will have to tune in to where I will jet to next when I complete my total journey on Mars. Jim’s Trek VI, as of yesterday now has 10,529.4 miles remaining.

Something to think about and do something about it -

I'm thinking right now.

Our Tampa Bay Area Fried Chicken Taste Test continues. We have a new establishment to add to our list, Ellie’s Breakfast & Lunch on Race Track Road in Tampa.

Any suggestion of which we haven't tried?

Days 33 & 34 – (AD 1,791) – 49.9 Miles – Jim’s Trek Part VI – Still on Mars on My Schwinn 170

Good Day,

Yes, I am back. No, I have not been cycling. I stuck to my Jim's Trek schedule almost regularly.  I am still attempting to cycle at least 6 days, a hour each time, every week.

My issue was that my PC's Graphic Card and RAM Board both crashed. The PC had to rebuilt. Thank you Bruce at MIT Computers in Citrus Park.

Monday morning I pedaled 24.7 miles and this morning I pedaled 25.2 miles on my Schwinn 170. From the date of my PC crash, I have cycled, on Mars, 526 miles.

My overall goal is now to complete 50,000 miles. To date I have completed 39,064.7 miles; 62,868.7 kilometers.

I reached my destination at Sacra Dorsa.  I have a new location and destination. My new location is 760 miles from the last one at Charleston Crater. This is, finally, where I will meet a point in my Mar's Trek where I can truly say that I have cycled the circumference of Mars.

You will have to tune in to where I will jet to next when I complete my total journey on Mars. Jim’s Trek VI will include 11,798.4 miles.

Something to think about and do something about it -

I'm thinking right now.

PC has been rebuilt and now back home. Issue was a crashed RAM board.

Back to the matter at hand, our Tampa Bay Area Fried Chicken Taste Test.

We have 2 new restaurants and establishments to add to our Taste Test chart. Splitsville Southern on Channelside Drive and Cracker Barrel on Bruce B. Downs Blvd. This time the 2 are in Tampa.

Any suggestion of which we haven't tried?

Our Journey Update

Our new quilt "Journey Into Our Night Dreams" is now prepped for quilting. Our quilting design will be a subtle wander, while we try to move through the geometric configuration.
