Day 471 – (AD 1,630) – 23.6 Miles –Jim’s Trek Part V – Mars on My Schwinn 170

Good Day,

This morning 23.6 I pedaled miles on my Schwinn 170. Totals are now 35,177.7 miles; 56,613.1 kilometers.

I am now located at 39.47%% to my new destination, Eumenides Dorsum.

Something to think about –

#45 has the egocentric gall and audacity to condemn Lebron James regarding James’ development of an educational program to assist and teach at-risk children.

Was not #45 sued and judicially chastised with respect to his carpetbagger scheme where he defrauded persons who followed his lead as they attempted to better themselves by enrolling at his “money-grabbing” and sham of the now defunct Trump University?

Jim’s Gotta Eat – https://jimsgottaeat.blogspot.com/

Last night I attempted Roast Pork and Chinese Vegetables.

I really enjoyed the meal, as well as my second helping.

I believe tonight I am going to try my hand at a version of Shrimp Pad Thai. Of course, that could change at any moment.

Confusion –

I am confused. (Not an extreme possible course of action.)

I like Cilantro, Culantro, and Coriander. I know the difference of each.

Cilantro

Coriander

Culantro

What I do not understand are certain products marketed as one while depicting the other or combining the two or three together.

Today I bought a jar of Inca’s Food, a product of Peru imported and distributed by a company in New Jersey.

Check out the front label – “Coriander Culantro”.

The label depicts images of Cilantro.

Now check the ingredients. In Spanish: “Culantro”; in English: “Coriander”

I am confused.
