Jim’s Gotta Eat – https://jimsgottaeat.blogspot.com/

La cena de esta noche - Albóndigas con papas, y Repollo con leche. Almost literal translation from the cookbook - Meatballs with Potatoes and Golden Cabbage.

I adjusted the recipes Albóndigas con papas and Golden Cabbage from "Puerto Rico Cookery" by Carmen Aboy Valldejuli.  The links are a close representation of the recipe I used.

And fresh out of the oven - Sourdough Split Loaves. The aroma in my kitchen is next to divine.

CYaY Update

The background to our new CYaY quilt has been completed.

Now we are working on the foreground design. Definitely something new and different to add to our Portfolio.
