Something to think and make sure to do something about –

Jim’s Gotta Eat – https://jimsgottaeat.blogspot.com/

Kitchen was busy - Texas Trash Pie.  It has been years since I've made a pie.

My version of Sauerteig Landbrot

German Farmers' Sourdough White Wheat Bread with Brotgewürz (Fennel; Anise; Coriander; and Caraway.)

Something new in the kitchen - Orange Olive Oil Cake.

Gonna service it with a dollop of Marmelad Apelsin & Fläder.

Supper last night, and my early morning blood sugar dropped 10 points.
