Good Day,
On Christmas Eve morning I cycled on my Schwinn 170 21.7 miles. Today, Boxing Day I cycled another 21.2 miles. Totals 31,569.0 miles; 50,805.5 kilometers. That’s the real part of my cardio-exercise.
The mental part is that I have now completed 45.46% of the distance to my next destination and goal point.
