Today I cycled my Schwinn 170 23.7 miles. My totals are 33,301.4 miles; 53,593.5 kilometers.
I am now located at 56.71% of the distance to my next destination point.
Something different –
Well according to my Biorhythms my Physical Cycle is at the intersection of 0% in an upward swing. Good chances for next 2 weeks.
Looks I’m going to have to wait a couple of days for my Emotional and Intellectual Cycles to move into the upward direction. So do not ask me any tricky questions for at least 5 days or I may just close all the doors and windows.

For lunch today, I had to try Icelandic Skyr (w/o the Skyr) Pancakes. Found a recipe online at Canadian Living. I substituted Plain Greek Yogurt for the Skyr.
And for supper I am going to try to make Indonesian Pork Bites with Fragrant Butter Rice and Spicy Bok Choy in Garlic Sauce.
