Today is 300th day pedaling on the Red Planet. Yes, that is 300 days and 6.239.2 miles in the Martian dust. Today is also my 1,462nd day since I began pedaling on December 2, 2012 on my Schwinn Fitness cycles. I still have 7,060.8 miles more to go.
This morning I pedaled my Schwinn 170, and as I was ignoring the clock I pedaled for 63 minutes instead of my regular 1 hour. I cycled 22.7 miles. Totals now stand at 31,140.8 miles; 50,116.4 kilometers.
Today I have completed 91.3% of the 650 miles between the two points and the next destination on Mars.
