Yesterday morning, I pedaled 20.0 miles on my Schwinn 170, in out of the rain.
As of the end of August 2016 I have, virtually pedaled 551.5 miles some part of the surface of Mars. I have completed 86.8% of the distance from the Belz Crater to my next destination and goal point.
My routine schedule is now to pedal 60 minutes, Mon, Wed, and Fri…and sometimes on Sundays. On Tue, Thu, and Sat I am now following the regime of 200 sit-ups. I am drinking a lot of water. I am still not taking any diabetes medication, as well as my Doctors have reduced the dosages of my heart and cholesterol medications.
