This morning I pedaled 25.8 miles on my Schwinn 170. Totals are now 30,304.2 miles; 48,770.0 kilometers.
And I have completed 58.2% of the 580 miles distance to my next goal.
My mind is not working to well today, contrary to my biorhythms. According to the chart I should be at just a bit below +100% in both my Intellectual and Emotional cycles. My Physical cycle is in an upward swing halfway between -100% and 0%.
