Day 195 – (AD 625) – Jim's Trek Part III – 25.2 Miles – 12,811.8 Miles on My Schwinn Fitness Cycles

Good Day,

This morning I chose the Pyramids program on my Schwinn 170. I set the calories to be burned at 600. Well I ended up pedaling 91 minutes, 21 more than my norm...but I ended up cycling 25.2 miles.

Three programs completed –

1. Pike’s Pike – 19.0 miles, 457 calories. (Then added 6 min. = 2.2 miles, 72 cal.: Total 21.2 miles; 529 cal.)
2. Mt. Hood – 19.1 miles, 470 calories. (Then added 8 ½ min. = 2.7 miles, 81 cal.: Total 21.8 miles; 551 cal.)
3. Pyramids – 25.2 miles, 600 calories.


Virtually my Trek in Western Australia has now reached Pippingarra.  I have cycled a total, as of today, 12,811.8 miles; 20.618.6 kilometers.  I have also pedaled a total of 4,194.7 miles in Australia.

Last night's supper - Green Beans with Peanut Sauce and my version of Kung Pao Chicken.  Blood sugar count down another point to 88.
